Sophie Fry is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public policy and finance. Currently serving as the Director and Head of ESG Policy Development at Barclays since August 2023, Sophie previously held significant roles at HM Treasury from August 2015 to July 2021, including Private Secretary to the Economic Secretary to the Treasury and Senior Policy Adviser. Earlier experience includes positions at Promontory Financial Group, where Sophie specialized in cyber security analysis, and involvement in political outreach during Elizabeth Warren's 2012 campaign. Sophie holds a BA in Government from Harvard University, a Master of Public Policy from the Blavatnik School of Government at the University of Oxford, and an MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
