Simone Sawh is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background spanning various roles in human resources and employee relations. Currently serving as a People Advisory Partner at Barclays since April 2021, Simone previously worked at Prudential Financial as an HR Shared Services Leave of Absence Specialist. Additional experience includes positions at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as a Leave of Absence Administrator, BrightView Landscapes as a Human Resources Generalist, and a tenure at BlackRock in various roles including HR Analyst and HR Intern.
