Femi Olu-Lafe, PhD, is an accomplished professional in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as an Inclusion Business Partner at Barclays since June 2023, Femi specializes in strategy building and cultural transformation. Previously held roles include Global Head of People Culture and Inclusion at Kinesso, where Femi led innovative DEI programs, and Senior Organizational, Leadership, and DEI Consultant at YSC Consulting, providing coaching and strategic advice on complex leadership issues. Other noteworthy positions include Leadership and Organizational Strategy Research Lead at Catalyst Inc. and Senior Research Associate at Consumer Reports, demonstrating expertise in research methodology and data analysis. Femi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Cornell University, a Master of Science in Neuropsychology from UCL, and a PhD in Psychology from Boston University.
