Fadzi Ushewokunze is a technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and architecture, currently serving as Director of Software Engineering at Barclays since February 2024. Previously, Fadzi held the role of Global Partnerships Architect at Chainalysis Inc., where responsibility included developing technology integration solutions and fostering global partnerships. As Global Financial Services Architect at Red Hat, focus was on aligning technical strategies with financial services clients, while serving as a public spokesperson for the company. Earlier positions include Enterprise AI Architect at C3.ai, where Fadzi guided banks in adopting predictive models, and Advisory Platform Architect at Pivotal Software, advising major financial firms on technology vision. An educational background includes an MBA in Information Technology from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Rhodes University.
