Matt Triveri has a diverse work experience in the restaurant industry. Matt started their career at Buffalo King Wings and Things as a Wing Clipper, Dishwasher, and Line Cook from 2004 to 2009. Matt then worked at The Nittany Lion Inn as a Maitre D', Supervisor of Outlet Operations, and Restaurant and Bar Manager from 2011 to 2015. At The Gladstone Tavern, they served as the Service and Wine Director for a brief period in 2015. Matt then joined Del Frisco's Restaurant Group, where they held various roles such as Restaurant Manager, General Manager, District General Manager, and Training Store Manager from 2015 to 2021. Most recently, they worked at The Mermaid Inn Holding Company as the Director of Operations, responsible for overseeing the concept's expansion plan, training, HR management, social media strategy, and infrastructure overhaul. Matt is currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations at Barcelona Wine Bar since 2022.
Matt Triveri has completed 70 credits in Hotel Restaurant Institutional Management at The Pennsylvania State University. Matt has also obtained a Level One Sommelier degree from the Court of Master Sommelier. In addition, they hold certifications in Partners in Leadership from PIL and Level One Sommelier from The Court of Master Sommeliers.
