Alexandre Valentin Jamet is a dedicated researcher and high-level athlete with a robust background in computer architecture and engineering. Currently employed as a First Stage Researcher at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center since October 2018, Alexandre develops innovative cache eviction strategies utilizing machine learning and neural networks. As a Research PhD Candidate, the focus is on creating advanced last-level cache replacement policies through behavior prediction of programs. Previous experience includes serving as a high-level athlete registered with the French Ministry of Sports, and internships that involved embedded systems engineering, industrial projects, and software development. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Computer Architecture from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, an Engineering Degree in Computer Science from TELECOM Nancy, and a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Université de Lorraine.
