Karma Molas is an experienced professional in the fields of employment orientation, social intervention, and personal development, with a career spanning multiple roles in various organizations. Currently serving as Tècnica orientació professional at Barcelona Activa since July 2022, Karma has previously held positions including Tècnica d’ocupació at Consell Comarcal del Vallès Oriental and multiple roles at Barcelona Activa ranging from 2014 to 2021. With a background in education, including degrees from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and Universitat Ramon Llull, as well as specialized training in Gestalt therapy and coaching, Karma has contributed to youth interventions, labor training programs, and personal growth initiatives throughout the career.
