Lynn Bassett currently serves as the Global Director of HR & OD at Barbour since September 2022. Prior to this role, Lynn held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources for Europe at NZXT, Inc. from January 2022 to September 2022. Lynn's extensive experience at Nike UK spanned from August 2003 to December 2021, where roles included Senior HR Director responsible for managing HR and Payroll for a multi-million turnover operation across Nike UK and Ireland, overseeing over 2,500 employees across multiple sites. Lynn was a key member of both the UK Senior Leadership Team and the European HR Senior Leadership Team. Additionally, Lynn worked as a Managing Consultant at Nigel Wright Group from 1998 to 2003. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Geography from the University of Cambridge and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and Development from Northumbria University, complemented by coursework at Northwestern University.
