Jo Davis has worked in the commercial operations field for over six years. Jo began their career as a Retail Operations Manager for Event Merchandising, where they were responsible for managing retail operations for high-profile events such as the London 2012 Olympics and the Paralympic Games. In 2012, Jo was head-hunted by The View from The Shard to lead their commercial operations. In this role, Jo was responsible for driving sales and growth for the company. After five successful years with The View from The Shard, Jo was recently promoted to Head of Retail at Barbican.

After completing their A-Levels, Jo Davis studied fashion design at the University for the Creative Arts. Jo then went on to complete a foundation course in art and design at Luton Sixth Form College.

Jo Davis reports to Claire Spencer, CEO. They work with Will Gompertz - Artistic Director, Sarah Wall - Head, Finance & Business Administration, and Jonathon Poyner - Director, Operations & Buildings.
