John O'Neill has a strong background in the banking industry with experience at multiple financial institutions. John currently serves as the AVP Community Banking Relationship Manager at Bar Harbor Bank & Trust since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Branch Manager at Service Credit Union from October 2020 to June 2021. Before that, they were an AVP Branch Manager at Northway Bank from October 2018 to August 2020. John also gained valuable experience at TD, where they held various roles including Branch Manager from December 2015 to October 2018, Assistant Branch Manager from June 2014 to December 2015, and Financial Services Representative from February 2013 to June 2014. Furthermore, they started their career as a Bank Representative at Granite State Credit Union, where they worked from 2008 to 2012. Throughout their career, John O'Neill has demonstrated their leadership skills and expertise in the banking industry.

John O'Neill attended Northfield High School from 1994 to 1997, where they did not receive a degree or specify a field of study. Later, they pursued higher education at Lyndon State College from 1997 to 2006. At Lyndon State College, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Marketing.
