Adam Ogle, DNP, RN, CEN, NEA-BC, serves as the Executive Director of Emergency Services for Baptist Health System KY & IN, overseeing operations in Lexington and Hamburg as well as the Neuroscience Service Line. With extensive experience in emergency medicine, Adam has held leadership roles such as Director of Emergency Services at Baptist Health Lexington and Executive Director at Baptist Health Paducah, focusing on strategic planning, budgeting, and accreditation oversight. Additionally, Adam contributed as a board member for the Kentucky Board of Nursing, appointed by Governor Matt Bevin, and has held various positions in emergency and critical care settings. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Nursing Practice and a Master of Science in Nursing Administration, both from Western Kentucky University, along with other degrees in nursing.
