Rosanna Robledo, SPHR, serves as the Manager of HRIS at Baptist Health South Florida since July 2007, overseeing the administration of PeopleSoft HCM and other Human Resource Information Systems for over 20,000 staff and leaders. Previously, Rosanna held the position of Manager of Compensation, where responsibilities included managing compensation administration and developing methodologies for auditing incentive plans. Prior experience includes a role as Manager of Compensation for the LA/C region at American Express and as a Compensation Administrator at North Island Federal Credit Union. Rosanna holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from San Diego State University.
