Gabby Carpinato has extensive experience in the aged care and vocational education sectors, currently serving as the Clinical Systems Project Implementation Manager at BaptistCare NSW & ACT since April 2021. Prior to this role, Gabby held positions such as Transition Support Manager at SCALABRINI VILLAGE LTD and Assistant Director of Engagement and Education at both the Australian Aged Care Quality Agency and the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission. Gabby has been involved in industry learning and development since 1999, having worked with various organizations including Catholic Healthcare and the Aged & Community Services Association NSW & ACT. Gabby began as an Independent Consultant and later served as a Consultant for Baptist Community Services. Gabby earned a Bachelor's degree in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching from the University of Technology Sydney.
