Tushar Tank has extensive experience in analytics research and development, currently working at Valencell, Inc. since December 2016 on non-invasive biometric wearable systems. As the National Coordinator for BAPS CHARITIES since January 1996, Tushar has developed a management structure to support 100,000 volunteers in humanitarian efforts. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Family Wellness Clinic, overseeing the growth of a family practice clinic, and Director of Research and Analytics at an institutionally funded clean energy startup. Tushar held data science and engineering positions at MaxPoint, Ultra Electronics - 3 Phoenix, Signal Innovations Group, Samsys/Sirit, MCNC / Research Triangle Institute, and Tollgrade Communications, specializing in machine learning, signal processing, and system integration. Tushar holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University.
