Rob Eyerkus has been a driving force in the world of corporate training for over two decades. Rob is currently the Strategic Advisor at Banyan, but they got their start in the industry with SHI International Corp. In their time at SHI, Rob served as the Senior Director of Corporate Training Group-SHI. In this role, they were responsible for helping companies increase their productivity by delivering world-class custom training programs.

After their time at SHI, Rob became the Director of Sales and Strategic Alliances for Corporate Training Group, Inc. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company's sales efforts and forging strategic partnerships with other businesses. During their time at CTG, Rob helped the company become a Microsoft Learning Partner and a member of the Small Business Enterprise (SBE). Rob also played a key role in the company's expansion into global markets.

Under Rob's leadership, both SHI and CTG have become leaders in the corporate training industry. Their work has helped hundreds of companies increase their productivity and improve their employee retention rates. In their current role as Strategic Advisor at Banyan, Rob is continuing their work to help businesses achieve their fullest potential.

Rob Eyerkus has a degree from the Frank G. Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University. Rob also has certification from LinkedIn in Leading Inclusive Teams and Unconscious Bias, and from Microsoft in Microsoft Services Adoption Specialist.
