Paul Sykes has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at Banyan Group since August 2021. Prior to this role, Paul Sykes held various management positions, including General Manager at The Fives Hotels & Residences, where tenure extended from November 2020 to August 2021, and Executive Assistant Manager at Banyan Group from February to November 2020. Earlier in their career, Paul Sykes worked at Rosewood San Miguel de Allende as Director of Rooms and Director of Food and Beverage, and served as F&B Manager at Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts. Additional roles include multiple positions at Karisma Hotels & Resorts, ranging from Gerente de AyB to Sommelier. Paul Sykes holds a degree in International Tourism Management from the University of Derby and a Double Award A Level in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Brooke Weston CTC.
