Paola Ponce is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business strengthening and vocational training, currently serving as the Gerente de Fortalecimiento Empresarial at Banyan Global since May 2017. In this role, Paola is responsible for planning and managing strategic project objectives, coordinating with strategic partners to enhance the competitiveness of affiliated companies through training needs assessments and technical assistance. Previous positions include Especialista de Formaci贸n Profesional at Banyan Global, Asesor Centros de Formaci贸n for Swisscontact worldwide, Gerente Administrativo at Saint Charles School, and Asesor Proyectos at FUNBANHCAFE.
