Sean Moynihan has extensive experience in leadership roles within technology and finance sectors. Currently serving as COO at Banxa, a payment gateway facilitating cryptocurrency transactions, Sean has been with the company since November 2020. Concurrently, Sean has held the position of CEO at ChildcareNow since October 2015, overseeing a technology start-up that enhances the child care industry through system integration for booking services. Prior to these roles, Sean was with PwC from February 2008 to October 2015, where responsibilities included Head of Sales and Operations for NiftyGrants.com.au and Senior Account Manager in the Tax & Legal practice focusing on R&D Tax Incentives. Sean began the professional journey as a Research Assistant in Biostatistics at Queensland University of Technology from June 2005 to January 2008, following the completion of a dual degree in Laws and Science (Mathematics) at the same institution from 2002 to 2007.
