Andrea Baghino is an experienced professional in project management and engineering with a strong background in construction and contracts coordination. Currently serving as a Contracts Package Coordinator at Bantrel Co. for the Hatch/Bantrel JV Jansen Potash Mine Project since August 2021, Andrea previously held multiple leadership roles at SNC-Lavalin, including Project Team Lead and Project Manager, overseeing large-scale brownfield and midstream gas projects. With a history of managing teams exceeding 50 individuals, Andrea demonstrated expertise in project planning, execution, subcontract management, and constructability planning across various Canadian and international projects. Earlier in the career, Andrea gained significant experience working for Fisia Italimpianti - Gruppo Impregilo as a Site Project Manager and Construction/Fabrication Manager in the Middle East. Andrea holds a Master's degree in Structural Engineering from Università degli Studi di Genova.
