Garrick Delzell is the Founder and CEO of GCR Consulting, LLC, established in January 2020, where transformative coaching and change in complex systems are emphasized. Additionally, Garrick serves as an Executive Coach at Velocity Group and held the role of Director of Public Affairs and Advocacy at The Breakthrough Institute from June 2023 to January 2024. Prior experience includes coordinating a significant $2.5M vote-by-mail advertising campaign for A Better Wisconsin Together, serving as Executive Director of a nonprofit focused on political narratives in Wisconsin, and leading marketing strategies as Senior Vice President at Deliver Strategies. Previous roles also include Chief Operating Officer for Swalwell For America and Planning Director at CAC, with a strong focus on political strategy and advocacy throughout their career. Educational accomplishments include an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University.
