Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business and nutrition. Since August 2020, Mariana has served as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic body care and environmental products. Mariana also works as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practicing as a Nutritionist at a private consulting office from February 2016 to 2019, and serving as a university lecturer from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food.
