Magueye DIOP possesses significant expertise in human resources and training, currently serving as Chargé du Développement individuel & Formation at Banque Islamique du Senegal since August 2020, with prior roles in the same institution that included Assistant chargé du développement individuel & de la formation and Assistant Chargé de l'Administration du Personnel et de la Paie. Earlier experience includes positions as Assistant de formation and Assistant formation at CENTRE HOSPITALIER NATIONAL UNIVERSITAIRE DE FANN in 2017 and 2018. Magueye DIOP holds a Master 2 in Gestion des ressources humaines from ECOLE SUPERIEURE POLYTECHNIQUE DE DAKAR, as well as a licence professionnelle in the same field from the same institution.
