Ricky Anderson, Ed.D., currently serves as Principal at Banning Unified School District since July 2022, following a role as Administrator at Lucerne Valley Unified School from July 2019 to June 2022. Previously, Ricky held the position of Assistant Principal at Coachella Valley Unified School District from September 2018 to June 2019. Earlier in the career, Ricky spent 14 years as a Teacher at Redlands Unified School District (July 2004 - June 2018) and Rialto Unified School District (July 2002 - June 2004). Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Concordia University Irvine, a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration from the same institution, and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Redlands.
