Christen Castellano is an accomplished leader in customer engagement and business development with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Experience Channels and Vice President of Business Development at Banner Health since March 2015, Castellano focuses on driving growth through cross-functional collaboration in various domains, including digital operations and marketing. Prior experience includes serving as EVP and Chief Strategy Officer at Ascension, where strategic initiatives for Medicaid expansion were developed, and as Chief Operating Officer at The University of Arizona Health Sciences, overseeing operations for key medical centers.
