Ian Macdonald is an experienced cybersecurity leader currently serving as the Cyber Security Practice Director at Banneker Partners and the CEO & President of Loch Leven Technologies, both since November 2023. Prior to these roles, Ian held various positions including CISO, Head of Security, Operations, and IT at SuccessKPI, where responsibilities included creating security teams, developing compliance policies, and successfully achieving ISO27001 certification. Ian's extensive background also includes managing security operations at Salesforce, leading systems engineering efforts at Clarabridge, and establishing IT security practices at Angel.com. Ian holds a BSC Hons in Computer Science from The University of Edinburgh.
