Junior Jabbie's work experience begins in 2005 as an Executive Associate (Management Intern) at Banneker Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. After two years in that role, they were promoted to Sales & Marketing Manager, where they led the coordination and management of all sales and marketing activities. In 2014, Junior became the Executive Manager of Business Development & Customer Relationships, overseeing the leadership and direction of the company's sales and marketing functions. In 2015, they transitioned to the role of Executive Manager, Corporate Operations, responsible for providing operational controls and managing relationships with strategic partners. Finally, in 2018, Junior was appointed as the President & Chief Executive Officer of Banneker Supply Chain Solutions, Inc.
In 2019, Junior founded The Banneker Foundation, an organization dedicated to empowering underserved populations and providing opportunities for success. Junior currently serves as the Founder & President of the foundation.
Junior Jabbie completed their education as follows:
1. From 1998 to 2002, they attended Montgomery Blair High School and obtained a Diploma in General Studies.
2. From 2002 to 2006, they pursued their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Business Management at Bryant University.
3. In 2007, they earned a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Business from Bryant University.
4. In December 2007, they obtained the Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Banneker Industries, Inc.
5. In 2014, they completed the GNEMSDC Advanced Leadership Program (GALP) and received a certificate.
6. In 2015, they obtained a certificate from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
7. In 2018, they completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program and was awarded a certificate.
