Naveen Varghese is an experienced professional in service management, currently serving as Chapter Lead Service Management at Bankwest since September 2017, where responsibilities include strategizing and operationalizing service outcomes. Prior roles at Bankwest included Senior Manager and Service Transition Manager, focusing on service continuity and compliance with banking regulations. Previously, Naveen held positions at CGI as Service Delivery Manager, overseeing a diverse team for the Commercial Fleet solution for Shell, and as IT Consultant, leading significant IT transformation initiatives. Early career experience includes Senior Software Development Engineer at Dell, managing legacy migrations and facilitating lean operations, and Assistant Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, where a new product feature was developed for HP servers.
