Monique Smith has extensive experience in the banking industry. Monique started their career at TCF Bank in 1999 as an Associate Branch Manager. Monique then moved to MidAmerica Bank in 2004, where they worked as an Assistant Branch Manager until 2008. After that, they joined First American Bank as an Assistant Branch Manager/ Branch Officer and worked there until 2013. Monique then joined BankFinancial, where they held various positions starting as a Branch Manager, then as a Dual Branch Manager, and currently serves as the Vice President of Business Services.

Monique Smith holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Benedictine University.
