Thiru Navukarasu K has over 15 years of experience in banking and finance, with a strong focus on restructuring, remedial management, and recovery. Currently serving as AVP and lead in Restructuring at First Abu Dhabi Bank since July 2018, Thiru has previously held various roles at United Arab Bank, including Relationship Manager for the Corporate Remedial Unit, and has experience in SME, Trade, and Working Capital. Thiru's career also includes positions at RAKBANK, India Factoring and Finance Solutions Pvt. Ltd., IFCI Factors Limited, SBI Global Factors Limited, and HSBC. Thiru holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Madras, completed between 2000 and 2002.
