Gido van Graas is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as Managing Director and Global Head of Energy & Natural Resources at First Abu Dhabi Bank since January 2023, Gido previously held multiple senior roles at ING from May 2013 to December 2022, including Managing Director for Global Lead Energy Project Advisory & New Energy Technologies, Managing Director for Head of Energy Australia, and Director for Energy EMEA. Gido began their career at The HEINEKEN Company as an Analyst in Corporate Finance before participating in a Management Trainee Program focused on Finance. Gido van Graas holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance & Investments from the University of Gothenburg.
