Dana Sarah James ACCA is a finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and credit card operations. Currently serving as a Senior Officer for HNI Cards at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) since July 2016, Dana is the primary point of contact for high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients regarding their credit card inquiries. Prior positions include Accountant at Bayanat Engineering and CMT Technologies, where Dana managed bank reconciliations, prepared financial statements, and handled invoicing. Dana began the career as a Data Entry Operator at Abu Dhabi Ship Building, participating in data conversion for system implementation. Dana holds a Professional Certification from ACCA and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Bangalore University.
