Ramos Rajagukguk is an accomplished professional in the fields of IT governance, risk, and assurance, currently serving as the IT Process and Governance Assurance Head at PT Bank BTPN Tbk since July 2019. Prior experience includes a role as IT Risk & Assurance Manager at Ernst & Young, where management of multiple clients focused on delivering risk assurance services related to IT processes and infrastructure. Additionally, Ramos has experience as a Senior IT Auditor, conducting detailed assessments of IT controls and implementing key operational controls. Other roles include Tax Supervisor at Tokio Marine Group, overseeing tax reporting and compliance, and Financial Auditor at Grant Thornton, where strategic financial audits were conducted. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Accounting & Information Systems from the University of Indonesia and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Perbanas School of Economics.
