Nurul Fajrin has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in performance management, organization design, and effectiveness. Currently serving as VP - Human Resources Business Partner at PT Bank BTPN Tbk since April 2017, Nurul has also held roles as AVP and Senior Manager within the same company, focusing on organizational effectiveness and job evaluation processes. Prior to this, Nurul worked at HSBC for a decade, where positions included Manager Performance & Reward and Officer HR Performance and Job Evaluation, managing HR functions related to performance and reward. Earlier experience includes roles in accounting and finance at PT Abdi Solusi Utama and purchasing at PT NEFA Global Industri. Nurul holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Indonesia.
