Kisman Hong has extensive experience in the field of information technology, currently serving as the Head of IT Academy & Digital Innovation Hub at PT Bank BTPN Tbk since February 2018. Additionally, Kisman is a Co-Founder and the sole engineer at Piknik (Jiwa Para Petualang) since January 2020, focusing on creating innovative solutions during the pandemic. Previously, Kisman held positions such as Chief Information Analyst at PT. Metamorfosis Ekosistem Indonesia and Software Specialist at Infoflow Solutions. Educationally, Kisman holds a Master's degree in Information Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, both from BINUS University.
