Willy Kusuma has over 27 years of experience in the banking and technology sectors, currently serving as a team member in technology system development and data stream for the Project Profitability Measurement in the Corporate Strategic Planning Division at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk since July 2010. Previously held roles include IT Performance & Resource Management Officer and IT Business Partner Specialist, providing IT solutions for various corporate divisions, as well as being involved in the Digital Banking Ecosystem transformation projects. Willy's extensive background includes experience in application implementation, system analysis, and capacity management, with a foundational role in electronic channels and banking operations. Educational qualifications include an associate's degree in Finance and Banking from STIE Kerja Sama Yogyakarta.
