Novandiar Ashari serves as the Head of Rewards & Performance Management Department at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk. since February 2021. Previously, Novandiar held several leadership positions at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri from January 2010 to February 2021, including Head of Performance and Reward Department, Head of Learning Strategy and Monitoring Department, Head of Learning Program Development Department, Head of Learning Delivery Department, Section Head of Talent Monitoring, and Section Head of Executive Learning Delivery. Prior experience includes a role as a Facilitator at Dunamis Organization Services from 2009 to 2010, delivering FranklinCovey product solutions, and as a Trainer/Facilitator/Operation Manager at ILNA Training Center from 2004 to 2009. Novandiar Ashari holds a Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management from PPM School Of Management, completed from 2013 to 2016, and is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marine Sciences and Technology at IPB University since 1998.
