Novita Wijaya is an experienced professional in marketing automation and customer relationship management, currently serving as the Department Head for Marketing Automation Solutions at PT Bank Sinarmas Tbk since January 2023. Prior to this role, Novita was a Customer Relationship Management Specialist at JD.ID from December 2018 to December 2022, where responsibilities included designing and implementing retention projects, optimizing funnel automation, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Novita also held the position of Operational Specialist at JD.ID and worked as a Customer Service Representative at Golden Banana, focusing on customer interactions and financial transactions. Earlier experience includes serving as a Sales Engineer at Keystone Indonesia.
