Rafał Jaros has been serving as an Assistant at Uniwersytet Łódzki since September 2007 while concurrently holding the position of Manager at 7m consulting, also starting in September 2007. Prior to these roles, Rafał worked as an Advisor at ARKANA.PL from December 2004 to August 2007. Rafał Jaros holds a master's degree in Psychology from the University of Lodz and completed education at XV LO.
