Lauren O'Donnell has over 15 years of work experience. Lauren began their career in 2005 as a Sales and Merchandising Associate at The Greenville Drive. In 2009, they joined The Home Depot as a Head Cashier, where they supervised cashiers on the front end, relieved cashiers for breaks and lunches, and performed observations. In 2012, they moved to SC State Credit Union as a Head Teller and Bank Teller. From 2016 to 2017, they worked at Bank of Travelers Rest, starting as a Vault Teller and then becoming a Head Teller. In 2021, they joined Bank of Travelers Rest - Member FDIC as an Assistant Manager and was subsequently promoted to Assistant Vice President/Branch Manager.

Lauren O'Donnell obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of South Carolina-Columbia between 2008 and 2012. Lauren also holds two certifications from the Center for Financial Training: a Consumer Lending certification obtained in February 2022, and a Customer Service Excellence certification obtained in November 2019.
