Michael Grove currently serves as the EVP and Chief Lending Officer at Bank of the Rockies, where responsibilities include collaborating with senior management to address bankwide issues. Grove has held various roles at the bank since June 2012, including Board Member, VP/Director, AVP/Director, Executive Assistant, and Internal Auditor, developing significant expertise in strategic planning, auditing, and technology integration. Additional involvement in the American Bankers Association as a member of the Emerging Leaders Council and in the Montana Bankers Association as Chairman of the Emerging Leaders Committee further showcases leadership capabilities. Grove holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Economics from Carroll College, obtained between 2014 and 2018.
