Cindy Noyau is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a People & Culture Coordinator and previously as an HR and Recruitment Administrator at the Bank of Sydney since February 2022. Prior to this role, Cindy worked as a Human Resources Assistant in the Flight Operations HR Department at Air Mauritius and held a similar position at Airmate Ltd from November 2010 to July 2017. Cindy Noyau holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Central Queensland University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Technology Mauritius.
