Chafic El Henoud is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various sectors, currently serving as Legal Director at Bank of Sharjah since February 2020. Prior to this role, Chafic co-owned Konges Gate General Trading Co. from January 2019 to April 2024 and held the position of General Counsel at AMAN for a brief period in 2015. In addition, Chafic worked as Legal Manager and Company Secretary at National Bonds Corporation PJSC from November 2009 to June 2014 and as Legal Counsel for Dubai Sports City from June 2006 to November 2009. Chafic holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Corporate Law from the University of Ottawa, obtained between September 1997 and April 1999.
