Platform Manager - Digital Experience/design, & Telco at Bank of New Zealand

Kelly Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital experience, technology delivery, and project management. Currently serving as Platform Manager for Digital Experience/Design and Telco at the Bank of New Zealand since April 2021, Kelly has previously held several roles within the same organization, including Product Manager and acting Head of Technology Experience & Adoption. Prior to rejoining the Bank of New Zealand, Kelly led the Modern Workplace practice at Intergen, focusing on cloud platforms and governance. With a solid foundation in Agile methodologies, Kelly has managed significant projects in various sectors, including the Tertiary Education Commission and New South Wales Police. Educational qualifications include a First Class Honours degree in History/Classical Studies from the University of Canterbury and a DipLib in Information Management from Victoria University of Wellington.
