Matt Pollard, PMP, serves as the Senior Vice President and Director of Digital Banking at Bank of Hawaii since June 2013, leading the digital banking strategy and overseeing product teams encompassing mobile and web banking channels, ATM services, digital payments, and debit cards. Prior roles at the same institution include VP and Manager of Digital Banking, where management of consumer digital banking products and responsibility for product backlog and KPI monitoring were emphasized, and earlier positions as IT Project Manager, IT Project Coordinator, and IT Project Management Intern, where implementation of significant IT projects and coordination with the EPMO were key responsibilities. Matt Pollard holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance obtained from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and completed a similar degree at the University of Roehampton.
