Tazeem Wafa is an experienced business analyst and architect with a strong background in financial services and government sectors. Currently serving as Principal Business Analyst and Principal Architect at the Bank of England since April 2013, Tazeem oversees a large business analysis team, focusing on capacity, demand management, and team development. Previous roles include Senior Business Analyst positions at the Financial Services Authority and the United Kingdom Border Agency, where Tazeem contributed to significant programs like Solvency II and the Immigration and Case Working Programme. Tazeem has also held positions at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office and IPS, with early career experience at NPIA. Tazeem holds a Master’s degree in Business Information Technology from Middlesex University and a BA (HONS) in Accounting & Finance from London Metropolitan University.
