Leah Antoinette Cruz has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Vice President at Bank of Commerce since 2011, where responsibilities include aligning organizational goals with employee skills through comprehensive learning programs. Previously, Leah held multiple roles at EastWest Bank from 2007 to 2011, including Assistant Vice President for HR Training Development & People Relations and HR Generalist, focusing on HR policy management and employee engagement initiatives. Earlier in their career, Leah worked at iBank as HR Generalist and Research and Monitoring Team Head from 1996 to 2006, concentrating on service excellence interventions. Leah has pursued significant education in organization development through various diploma and certificate programs at Ateneo de Manila University, as well as holding a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of the Philippines.
