Orin N. Bennett has been a director of Redding Bank of Commerce since September 2005 and of the Company since 2006. Mr. Bennett is a registered Civil Engineer in California and Oregon. He formed a civil engineering business in 1995 that in 2008 became Bennett Engineering Services in Roseville, California which provides civil engineering services primarily in California. Mr. Bennett also is a partner in BD Properties, LLC, a real estate investment company. Mr. Bennett was employed by the international engineering firm of CH2M Hill prior to forming his own civil engineering business in 1979. Mr. Bennettā€™s knowledge of the Sacramento market and his real estate experience provide insight into the existing opportunities for a community bank to provide its services and operations and make his continued service to the Board a valuable asset. Mr. Bennett serves on the Executive, Executive Compensation, Long-Range Planning, and Nominating and Corporate Governance committees of the Board. He also serves as Chairman of the Redding Bank of Commerce Loan Committee.
