Joshua Kruk is a highly experienced finance professional, with expertise in investment management, accounting, and auditing. Joshua began their career with Price Waterhouse Coopers in 1994 as a Senior Auditor, conducting financial statement audits for mutual funds and hedge funds. After working for Bain Capital as a Senior Accountant, they served in several different positions at Dwight Asset Management, including Quantitative Analyst, Client Portfolio Analyst, Sector Portfolio Manager, and Head of Portfolio Management. Later, they worked at Goldman Sachs Asset Management as the Head of Stable Value Portfolio Management, overseeing strategies for fixed income assets, and leading a team of six portfolio managers. Joshua joined National Life Group as the Deputy CIO and Head of Liquid Markets, where they supervised a team responsible for liquid markets asset classes and performed personnel management. Kruk is currently working at Shelburne Fiduciary Partners LLC, where they have been serving as Managing Partner, Investment Advisor since 2019, assessing client risk tolerance, developing asset allocation strategies, and executing trades to implement them. Joshua is set to join Bank of Burlington as its Chief Financial Officer in June 2023. Kruk is a CFA charterholder and an active Certified Public Accountant.
Joshua Kruk CFA, CPA received their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Vermont in 1994. In 1997, they obtained their Certified Public Accountant certification from AICPA and in 2002, they obtained their Chartered Financial Analyst certification from CFA Institute. In 2020, they received the Sustainability and Climate Risk Certificate (SCR) from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).
