Deb Casagrande has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry, specializing in small business lending, consumer lending, and underwriting. Currently serving as a Small Business Lender and AG/Consumer Lender at Bank of Bird in Hand since May 2020, Deb previously held the position of Assistant Vice President at Coatesville Saving Bank, where responsibilities included commercial business lending and business development from April 2014 to May 2020. Prior to that, Deb worked at Stonebridge Bank for 15 years in various roles, including Consumer Loan Manager and Underwriter, and started a banking career as a Relationship Banker at Keystone Bank.
