Tarishi Gupta is a Sustainable Finance Analyst at Bank of America since July 2024, having previously completed a Sustainable Finance Summer Analyst position at the same organization in 2023. Tarishi participated in a rotational program covering Asset Finance, Innovation, and Advisory, which led to a full-time offer for 2024. Experience includes serving as a Sustainable Finance Research Assistant at the Observer Research Foundation, focusing on research regarding inflation-linked green bonds in India and organizing a climate transition conference. Additional research roles at the University of Pennsylvania and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology involved data collection on health disparities and entrepreneurial ecosystems in healthcare, respectively. Tarishi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology from Wellesley College and has further education at MIT and the University of Cambridge.
